This means that we will not exchange

Design
Policy
There are several steps in the
process of developing a web site.
- An
The Stedol Company representative
will meet with a prospective
customer for a consultative
meeting. Due to logistics, this
meeting may be held in person,
via telephone or private chat
session. During consultation,
the purpose and scope of the
site, the initial number of
pages, the layout and the basic
content of the pages and graphics
will be determined in order
to assess a design price and,
(if applicable), the hosting
package required. The consultation
session is free of charge -
in other words, a free estimate.
- If
an agreement is made, a contract
is then drawn and a down payment
is made. The down payment will
include page design, graphic
design, domain registration,
and may include maintenance
and web hosting fees. Please
contact
us for current design fees.

- Once
the preliminary designing is
complete another meeting will
be held so adjustments can be
made prior to publication. Additional
meetings will be held until
the customer is satisfied with
the layout, and content of the
site. If major changes are requested,
additional design fees may
apply. The Stedol Company reserves
the right to determine if layout,
graphic or content changes will
require additional fees.
- A
final pre-publication meeting
will be held during which the
customer will approve the design
and content of each and every
page and graphic.
- If
an account is canceled before
the site is published (still
in design), a full refund of
maintenance / web hosting fees
will be made. Design fees for
pages and graphics which have
not been created may also be
refunded. The Stedol Company
can not refund fees for pages
or graphics which have been
created, whether or not the
site has been published. This
term and condition is non-negotiable.
- Once
the site is published, the customer
will have 30 days to request
minor content changes. After
30 days, any and all changes
will be made at the Updating
Web Site rates, regardless of
whether errors or omissions
were made by The Stedol Company
or by the customer. This term
and condition is non-negotiable.
