ATGLS, LLC. has been around since 1998. We started out as a consulting firm, specializing in advertising services.

Around this time, the Internet was exploding, so we branched out into the world of Cyberspace. We developed a new division of our company - the Internet web design and marketing division.

Today, our team has produced, re-designed and marketed several real estate companies, new and established websites and several non-existing websites, ranging from classified ads, shopping, portals to real estate websites. Feel free to look at our past and present client list.

Our Policy
All customers and visitors of ATGLS website must read and abide by all the terms set forth in this and all other policies. Violation of any of these terms can and will result in the immediate cancellation of an account.

At ATGLS, we believe strongly that electronic privacy is crucial for the on-going success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. To this end, unless you designate otherwise, any information you enter on our site will remain strictly confidential. This means that we will not exchange your e-mail address, or any other personal information, with anyone.
In short: We pledge that ATGLS will not release your personal data to anyone else without your consent.
As with most sites, we collect general information on visits to our pages. This information is used only for statistical purposes. None of this information is linked back to you as an individual.

Design Policy
There are several steps in the process of developing a web site.

1. ATGLS, LLC. representative will meet with a prospective customer for a consultative meeting. Due to logistics, this meeting may be held in person, via telephone or private chat session. During consultation, the purpose and scope of the site, the initial number of pages, the layout and the basic content of the pages and graphics will be determined in order to assess a design price and, (if applicable), the hosting package required. The consultation session is free of charge - in other words, a free estimate.
2. If an agreement is made, a contract is then drawn and a down payment is made. The down payment will include page design, graphic design, domain registration, and may include maintenance and web hosting fees. Please contact us for current design fees.
3. Once the preliminary designing is complete another meeting will be held so adjustments can be made prior to publication. Additional meetings will be held until the customer is satisfied with the layout, and content of the site. If major changes are requested, additional design fees may apply. ATGLS, LLC. reserves the right to determine if layout, graphic or content changes will require additional fees.
4. A final pre-publication meeting will be held during which the customer will approve the design and content of each and every page and graphic.
5. If an account is canceled before the site is published (still in design), a full refund of maintenance / web hosting fees will be made. Design fees for pages and graphics which have not been created may also be refunded. ATGLS, LLC. can not refund fees for pages or graphics which have been created, whether or not the site has been published. This term and condition is non-negotiable.
6. Once the site is published, the customer will have 30 days to request minor content changes. After 30 days, any and all changes will be made at the Updating Web Site rates, regardless of whether errors or omissions were made by ATGLS, LLC. or by the customer. This term and condition is non-negotiable.
